Innovative Technologies
In January 2020, Synthetics USA became the majority stakeholder in Verdimine, an early-stage green technology company.
Verdimine has a proprietary process focused on the sustainable production of imines, oximes, semicarbazones, and quinoxaline derivatives. The technology utilizes a renewable, biodegradable solvent and is run at ambient conditions with less time needed for reaction. Synthetics current work is focussed on developing a commercial opportunity for Verdimine to license the technology. ​
