Synthetics USA is an equity participant in Verdimine, a specialty green chemical company.  Verdimine is focused on the sustainable production of aryl aldimines, oxides, azines, phenyl hydrazine's, semicarbazones, and several quinoxaline derivatives with their patented process.  Commercial applications for the technology include pharmaceutical intermediates and API's, electronics (chromophores for OLEDs), and specialty chemicals.
